Maganflow cat-back exhaust

    i Bought a magnaflow cat back exhaust system for my 2000 2ltr new beetle,and im hoping to get this fitted soon.

    can this be put on without cutting the rear bumper? as there was no bumper cut outs that came with it?

    Useually the exhaust needs to be modified

    nope i put one on mine and it went on ok missed the bumper just right and now that i have the sports bumper on its ok on that as well :) just need to get the lower spilter for it any one no were i may be aball to get one from :D

    You should be able to get the v5 looser back bumper splitter. Get itcrom a dealer but you may need somone with a v5 to use there reg ;)

    so your rear box was a straight bolt on, on a standard rear bumper? was it a magnaflow?
    any pics of it fitted to the stock rear?

    excellent thanks for clearing that up mate,i have mine sitting in its box all ready to be put on this weekend from the cat-back it looks good heres hoping she will sound great.

    sounds lovey not to load but its there and it will make her pop well on down gearing :D

    excellent,thats what i said to the guy when i was ordering it that i didnt want a boy racer exhaust.. just something that sounded just right, not to loud but a nice sound to her.

    we got this fitted no problems at all it went straight on it took about an hour to fit,and it sounds great and honestly well worth it!!

    Nice one. Magnaflow really sounds great. Didn't you have a hard time installing it?
