this will prob get moved but Hendrix is malfunctioning!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *it's only happened about 6 times, but i'm panicking!!!!!!!! when he drives every now and again, he'll start to "pull" as if he's out of petrol and really struggle, whilst that light with a ! and a triangle around it ( :exclamation ) flashes like mad, it's really scary, it seems to stop when i swap gears but only after a bit, it's horrid and i'm scared!!!!!!!!!! *[smiley=cry.gif]

Anyone have any ideas???!!!!

oh and he has got petrol!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear about Hendrix. :'( When I first got JoJo I had alot of probs with warning lights!!!! One of which was the same as yours but my light was on constantly, it did get sorted but was very expensive, but this happened two days after I picked her up so was under warranty. She didn't do any of the things Hendrix is doing though so I don't think its the same thing but I could look the receipt out for you if it might help *:)
The other light i had a problem with was the *ESP but that got sorted aswell as that happened on day 4 *::) incase anyone has a problem with that one.

Hope he's better soon either way * :)

Sorry meant to say *Exhaust Emissions, typical all mine began with E *::) ::) ::)
soz for any confusion *:-[

what engine size it? i had a 1.6 which did something similar to this, it stopped after a while, but less than a month later it was written off due to an engine fire. so get it checked and be very careful! dont want to try and scare you or make you worry, just sharing my experience!

Is that not the ESP light? Does it happen when it's wet and you're... er.... pushing him?

it seems to only be happening within 2 mins of setting off, i never push him until he's warmed up!

and Nico he's a 1.8t, so you didn't get yours looked into and later it set fire??? Jesus!!!

Could be that your tyres are cold and he's slipping a bit. What's the tread like?

Perhaps the tread hasn't worn in right yet? Did you get the wheels balanced? This might cause the light to come on.
