Just been for Emissions test!

Just took the bug for an emissions test as the clouds of black smoke are getting no better. It failed miserably and was quoted as being worse than an old bug running on 3 cylinders, and promptly knackered up his machine. The machine read that the CO's were through the roof, anyone have any ideas on what this can be, :'(

What gasket? I'd have thought this is much more than an air leak!

Plugs, plug leads, coil packs, ECU problem, hence why VAGCOM isn't picking it up???
