Thinking of a change (beetle cab, lupo gti or mk4 R32), so looking to see if there is any interest in my beetle

August 2001 Y reg

52,000 miles, full vw service history, mot'ed and serviec at the end of July last year, service (at vw dealer) included cambelt change and waterpump change

2 owners from new

electric sunroof

factory heated black leather with no wear

lowered on eibach springs with koni adjustable shocks

twin exit sebring exhaust

us spec spoiler motor

tt front disc brake set up fitted last year, 312mm discs and larger carriers

car is now back on its original 'Y' plate, the bug plate has been sold

looking for £6,750 ono

that price does not include the pictured calder/delta x alloys, but the original 16" monte carlo alloys, which are in very good condition with good tyres, however a price could be negotiated for the calders if required

I think you are gonna have issues putting the monte carlo wheels back on with those brakes! ;)

pretty sure 16" vw wheels will fit as the 180bhp 6 speed mk4 golf gti comes with 312mm brakes and 16" wheels as standard? hmmm!

I'll be able to tell you soon, i'm putting my brakes on tomorrow, gotta change the hubs too though, and i bet the track rod seizes :(

Keep it and get a f*ck off big turbo, polished Mercedes wheels, lower it on air ride, solenoid doors, projekt zwo wheel arches, TT dash, 2nd Recaro and paint it nimbus grey.... should keep your boredom at bay for a while * ;D

well i didnt get the bug back - i had lots to do this w/end like refitting plates, stereo, bra, painting calipers and trying my hand at tinting the lights. so its still the micra on my drive. it has a smaller boot that the bug ::)
