Righty, here we go! You should start off with something looking like this?

Mine's American spec but as far as I'm aware the Euro ones are the same, it's just the gap for the plate which is different. You then need a flat head screwdriver (with some tape round it so if you slip you're less likely to damage the paint). At the top of the lense you'll see a little clip type bit which you need to pull down on with the screwdriver. Pull down on it to release the lense. You might need to use a second screwdriver to put behind the lense to make sure it doesn't slip back.

Pull it all the way out:

You're then left with this:

Simply twist the bulb holder to remove the lense:

Then you can replace the bulb. It's the 501 kind - the same as the side lights.
Refitting is the reverse of removal :)
