i know some people on the site with cabs like there music and would like to or have put a sub box in the boot of there cab,but to get the sound right ,stop the box sliding about and stopping people from nicking it you need to follow my cab sub box fitting guide *:). *First job find a box that will fit into the boot *::) 1cu sq ft - good for a 12" *sub that will go into the opening then make a mdf 1" sq frame (abit like a picture frame) that you fix to the front of your box this will stop the sub hitting your back seat, *:)now to stop the box from moving take you back seats out (bottom part lifts off, back part has small bolts at the base and then you just lift it up ,and then unbolt the four bolts that hold the ski flap in place, put the box in the centre of the boot with the sub pointing into the car and drill and screw (just around ski flap opening) though the metal into the mdf box . If you do this your box wont move and no one can nick it *;D as it's bolted into the car and it's also safe in a crash ,you will also get a top sound from your sub because all the sound go's into your car and not the boot. so now you know, no one with a cab should have an amp on the boot floor with the box moving around pulling the wires when you go round a corner. if ya stuck have a look at my pictures on www.pimpincab.piczo.com * :)
