Blimey! It is great that business is so good though - esp. at the mo!

Well I have noooo idea what needs doing tbh - just know it's gonna cost me lots of ££££!

Looking forward to seeing Harry out and about. Oooh and also jim, judging by the sterling work you're doing on Bee it would be a pleasure having you work your magic on Petal!

Thanks mate that sounds great - we're heading up to CTTP next wkend (will you and Gem be there in Harry?) we can have a natter about it then and also the lowering springs!!

Noodle is going into the bodyshop on Monday to have his standard front bumper sprayed and fitted and his bootlid sprayed where the spoiler left it's marks. Shiny! But as I'm sure you know, I reckon having nice shiny paint makes you ultra paranoid about keeping it stonechip etc free!

Oh and thanks for all the comments guys, Harry does look great, I'm well impressed with the quality of the work done on him, Marks best ever I think, the quality of work (which was excellent in the first place) is definitely improving with each car/bus he does :D

I'm just Happy Harry is finally back on the road! (well almost) I just wish I knew where I put his new tax disc, I only got it back in November

I did have one 'oh ****' moment, we were fitting Harry back up and I hear a knocking noise on the back, wobbled his passenger side wheel and there was a loud knocking noise coming from it, oh ****e I thought, wheel bearing or one of the axle shafts (quadruple ****e!) :( anyway I checked the wheel nuts, they were tight, so I took the wheel off and checked the drum, no noise, so I put the wheel back on and gunned it up with the air gun this time making sure the wheel was 100% centred and voila no knocking, I must have not had the wheel centred properly and it must have had a bit of play in it, thank goodness this was an easy fix (for once) tho, makes a change!

Mark should be there as well so you can have a chat with him about it as well, he can give you the SP on it then (isnt CTTP is 2 weekends time on the 19th? )

so I put the wheel back on and gunned it up with the air gun this time

Noooooo

Seriously, go careful using air guns on early bug wheel nuts.... Beeee has 2 or 3 threads stripped per rear wheel because of air guns doing them up too tight!
