You'll have a job finding a V5 bumper second hand there rare but we got a price off VW for one and it wasn't to bad from memory just pretend you've bumped your V5 and need some bits thats what we did :)

yes i have!!!

to get the best results you need the correct plastic welding rods for the type of plastic u r welding,also if you are filling any holes you also need some of the same plastic as that u r welding to ,so that it all works together,on my v5 sport bumper to smooth the running light holes we used sections from an accident damaged new bee bumper and it worked a treat ,you d never know there had been holes there at all now!!

depending on where abouts in the country you are ,i know a brilliant bodyshop guy who does great plastic welding 'on the side' ;)

Thanks for that info, plans have changed again though as the intercooler pipework is just too big :o

So lower bumper section has got to run just 'cut out' but painted satin black.
