Wolfsburg Update - Costs & Itinerary

Ok this thread will get updated as more information gets finalised for the trip.

Dates

June 22nd - June 25th 2007 (arrive back in UK)

Itinerary

Dep: Folkestone 22nd June approx 10am
Arrive: Calais 22nd June approx 12 noon

Drive 4 hrs - Calais to Bad Camberg for Old Timers Show *:) *Over night stay at Hotel Mercure Bad Homburg 22nd June
Price double room - € 86,00 per room / night incl. *breakfast

Conditions:

Cancellation deadline: * *free of charge until 4 weeks prior arrival

Payment / Guarantee: * 100% deposit until 4 weeks prior arrival

23rd June - early rise to the Old Timers show.

Depart afternoon approx 3pm from Bad Camberg for 4 hr drive to Wolfsburg

Evening of 23rd in Wolfsburg - hotel Holiday Inn - cost will be € 100.00 per room incl. *breakfast parking at the hotel

24th June - Wolfsburg Museum, factory tour, visit to the Votex shop and VW breakers yard by the factory *8-)

Depart Wolfsburg - 4 - 5pm for 4hr drive back to Bad Camberg (venue Hotel Mercure Bad Homburg - rates as above)

June 25th depart Bad Camburg at 8am for drive back to Calais for return journey to Folkestone.

Arrive 25th June mid afternoon in UK

Initial Payment

I will need £110 by the 31st January 2007 to cover the Channel Tunnel booking

I'm sure if anyone else wanted to go, you could just book the tunnel yourself and come along as the hotels shouldn't be full yet :)

Blugg if u want to go its not a problem I would need a cheque for the eurotunnel and it takes a simple phone call to the hotel and the guys at Wolfsburg would be reall good to have you along - let me know if u want to join us :)

Guys on the Wolfsburg trip....its time to put your hands in your wallets.

The hotel for Bad Homburg now requires our payment to secure the booking. I need it within the next two weeks so please send it by 9am on Friday 25th May as I have to do a bank transfer to go out that day or we lose the booking.
