Camping

There is no camping on the GTI International site itself,

but an independent campsite about four miles away from Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground is offering special facilities for visitors to GTI International.
Please note: this is not the camp site which was used last year. The new site is set in a smooth rolling meadow and the team responsible for running it is very capable and experienced.
The provision of toilets and shower facilities will be better than last year and no charge will be made for showers.
Bar facilities and refreshments will be available on site.

We are certain that those who use this new site will be pleased with the quality of the environment and the services provided.

Contact the camp site organisers directly on 0845 373 3578 or log on at:
www.bigwheelentertainments.co.uk (http://www.bigwheelentertainments.co.uk/)

Campsite is 4 miles away. Anyone wishing to Camp for GTI International needs to pre-book at the above number. £10 a night.

hi guys!

i just been up to croft farm in husbands bosworth, they sure have made the efort, it looks nice! only could see the entrance tho
here are the best directions off the m1:.............
From Junction 20, take the A4304 east towards Market Harborough, through
Walcote to North Kilworth, then on to husbands bosworth 200yrds into this village there's a pub call "THE BELL IN" turn left after this!
you are now on the a5199 oneway road towards leicester, follow through the village, as soon as you come out of the oneway, you will be @ the camp site on the left!!!!!!!!!
make sure you do 30MPH through kilworth as theres a POLICE PENSION MAKER!!

if i can help in another way, then give us a shout........

Please excuse a few dumb questions.....

I have a stand pass - but are the spaces limited? (i.e. should I bother getting out of bed early - on FF_Rabbits pass)

Is there a contact mobile number for someone at the Saturday meeting point in case I get horribly lost in the wilderness?

If on the stand - is the car locked down until end of play?

Cheers guys... Looking forward to it :-)

Most people are coming on Sunday, so theres plenty of room on Saturday :)

I have read that it will be well signposted once your in the area. If you prefer you can meet at GTi at 08:30 than trying to find the Camp site.

Is the Bug locked down ? Pretty much yes if you mean can you move it, although i'm not totally sure as at Santa Pod Chris was running up the track too so he moved about a bit ;)

Too be totally honest, i'm not sure, but at most events you can't move your Bug from the CLub Stands till the end of the day. But track days always seem to be indicative of the rules :)

We were there by 12! We were up at 6.30 but you lot had f%&*ed off already without a word! So we decided after hearing no one else was alowed back on the campsite after leaving we'd have a good breakfast and then venture to the show. I'm new to this traction control BS. i'm used to driving cars the old fashioned way. You seem to forget you've been in the trade for so long that you were expected to make it up the hill.

Did make me laugh that you gave up, packed your tent and left this afternoon. Think you've been hanging round Girls too much
