I've been told my starting problem with my TDi (takes ages to actually fire up when he's hot. He never fails to start, it just seems to take forever) is a software problem and can only be fixed with a remap... what a shame ;) I just gotta get the pennies first!

Lol yeah all I do is remapping, along with normal performance remapping I also do some fuel consumption work for import cars in Asia, means running cars on silly ammounts of fuel to get them into the country through lab testing, afterwards they get remapped anyway for performance usually anyway!

Well, Hole in the Wall, Shakesperience, One Elm....West End for a quiet relaxed pint! Pen and Parchment is nice in the summer, so too is Cox's Yard. So anywhere really as long as the beer is cold and the company is good! 8-)

haha I used to hang around with Jarvis a few years ago, had a beer with him the other night in Oscars actually, could tell you some stories about him! Well you most likely know about his exploits :)

Yeah Ginge is still about, working at an Engineering firm, still comes out now and again.

Matt Clarke, probaly know him but I'm crap with names at the best of times even girlfriends :P

Stewy P is living with his bird I think still and still in accounting I think

An insight indeed, but as I said everyone knows everyone! Yeah Jamie still has his Golf, I dont see him that often and Jan! She scares me, what an evil woman! Your right she does think shes a cut above the rest because she drinks with the affluent crowd!

I think Jarv was telling me how he'd fallen off. You know big Doug as well then? He's working in Dubai at the moment, he was back at xmas. We probably recognise each other in town just on the 'alright mate' basis head nodding kind of thing!

Yeah I mostly freelance for other companies abroad and have done some locally, developed the first 300bhp software on the Mk5 R32 for the package with cams and exhaust , doing some stuff for myself as well. I'm also an Oettinger directport dealer so can do that too...!

ha ha it's not that glamourous at all! Biggest problem in our industry at the moment is an increasing amount of wannabe tuners buying flash tools and crappie files from russia/ebay I've seen some of these 'tuned' files and they are truely awful!
