Helloooo..... Fancy a change.... Anyone got anythoughts on:

1. Ideas of what to with a silver bug to make a change from the stripes?
2. Ideas on where's good for graphics etc?
3. Or should I stay with the stripes - I quite like them as I think they're a little retro....... but.... could we do more???? :-/

Well you could go for a design down the side of your bug, like stripes, or some sort of design. Stripes coming off the front wings looks cool, or flowing up the side of the car past the back window.

Main thing is keep the graphics with the flow of the car.

Blue looks good on a silver, like Doodle.

Or you could go for some design the curves up over the bonet of the bug :)

Yeah I did like the Doodle design..... I think I'll stay with either black/grey/silver whatever I go for as I like the stealth/monotone look. Also looks nice with tints.

Where'd was doodle done?

Yeah, thing is i went for blue as Doodle had a blue interior.

Well i designed the graphics then just took him down to a local vehicle graphics place, gave them the CD with the design on it, then chose the vinyl and left the car with them in the day and picked it up at the end of the day :)

£100 for the best quality vinyl, which was amazing, had it for 3 years and it never came off or ripped.

antix take a look at the graphics on Jack in the Evvo gallery for my beetle. We got these from the USA and they were a good price and top quality vinyl.

I can also put anyone in touch with a very good vinyl guy who makes all the stuff for the forum and will do it at good prices.

I love what MarkyP has done with his roof have you seen that?

Mark's is paint, not vinyl... but he's got the whole roof in black, and the pillars.
