I purchased some new tyres for the bug today - Toyo Proxes T1-S 225/40 18s. They appear a lot better than the Pirelli P7000s which they replaced. Has anyone else got these on their bug ?

I swear by Bridgestone Potenza's I had them on Civic Type R and got 20k out of them by rotating every 5k thats with 200 pony's pulling through the front wheels ;)

I loved that car but at only 250 miles to a tank it had to go :'(

I've just had Potenza's put on the Golf as well :)

I now have these tyres on the new rims. I am finding it a very strange experience particularly if I run over a cover in the road. Weird :o

Pirelli's are ****, they don't last atall. I only use Dunlop's, Toyo's and BF Goodrich.
