Leather Re-Trim

Hi i'm looking to finally start the project on my bug soon and i'm trying to work out certain prices...

This is mainly directed towards porchetrimr.. But anyone else who can help feel free to join in

I am looking to re-trim my tin top in a dark red leather.. Kind of like the TT Red leather colour and wanted to know what the best options are and rough costs

That looks really nice.. i was thinking maybe a darker red.. Have they been taken out of a Dark Flint Cab?

Don't think so - I think they're a bit brighter than the dark flint colour, which is perhaps more of an "oxblood"?

8-) love that interior,thought about getting MJ interiors to do all red leather trim but a bit darker in my black cab ,i think it would of looked sweet but then i spotted then LV leather :o 8-)and started saving :)

Craig - I saw an MJ interior in a mk3 golf today at Volksfest - fook me it was the best trimming i have ever seen, well apart from Carisma's TVR and Porker. Looked out of this world.

It was black golf with cream everything inside headliner, a pillars etc- you seen it? Guy who owns it was well down to earth - rare for a golf driver lol

:) think i saw the bits at mj's being done ,the guy is a wiz with the leathers and a nice bloke he like's nb cabs as well he was gobsmacked when he sat in my cab with some garage tunes banging out :o that was his face ;D,he has a soft spot for cabs his mk3 golf cab he had was mint (featured pvw etc )he's building a twin engine mk2 golf last i heard with 4x4 and 2x 1.8t lumps for drag racing 8-) :o sounds like fun i said to him ,i have to sit in that when it's done ,no probs mate i'll take ya for a blast ;D,bring it on ;)
