If i lower Noodle by say 45mm will i need to change the standard shocks at all? I saw somewhere if you lower by more than 40mm you cannot use the standard shocks, is this true does anyone know? :)

I'm not sure..... I know that once you get past about 40mm you gotta watch your sump...

We're on a 40mm drop on springs and we have had no problems......

Charlie's on 40mm springs be if you have a after market exhaust system be careful when it comes to speed bumps :o

Gotta change the anti roll bars to if you go more than -50 ish cos the drive shaft fouls or something

Just bought 45 mm drop, and was told they would be fine with normal shocks!
There going on now, so I hope its true :D

If you going 40mm or lower you should change the droplinks so the driveshaft doesn't knock. Being extra safe I'd advise everyone to do it when going low.

Plus shocks don't really matter a toss unless you like throwing the car about or if your going very low, in which case you'll need adjustable dampening. Coilovers without that aren't proper coilovers!
Remember to get the car lazer aligned too. :D
