hey all! finally got my new car this week! been so busy driving around i havent had a chance to come online.

the spec is as follows...

3 door
diamond black
1.9tdi
front centre arm rest

things ready to be fitted..

pioneer AVH-P6600DVD motorised screen (just waiting for the double din to single din adapter plate)

i have to say that i am not overlly happy with the quality as the paint job seems a bit odd...
i know that a lot of the new factory health and safety crap means that the quality of the paint jobs from factory nowadays wont be as good as they were a few years back, but there is a very strong presence of orange peel along the rear 3/4 of the car and i believe the laquer on some parts is being corroded already. i understand that the laquer problem could be due to the time spent on the ship. the main area of the laquer problem is on the bonnet,where there is a few spots the size of 5ps

apart from me picking out the minor things the car is actually pretty awesome, i love it and i would not give her up for anything less!

Looking good mate If I were you I'd take it back to VW and ask for the paintwork to be sorted out :)
