Introducing Tallulah! my Split screen van
This is my 40th birthday present to myself after wanting one for about 15 years I finally realised my dream! it had to be a 1966 the same year as I was born!
Its a Californian import via south wales she has no rust and is solid, these photos are taken at Newquay where we celerbrated my 40th and newyear 2007 it rained evey day but I still had a smile on my face *:)when behind the wheel.
Tallulah took us to Landsend and Newquay without a hitch so we are looking forward now to this years shows and the hot summer we have been promised to really enjoy her. ;D

Never heard of pastel green.

She looks like Turkis to me - it's a 66 colour too. The other 66 green is velvet green (which our 66 was) and it's much darker:

Turkis green is L380 and i stand corrected - it was a 61-64 colour. I still think that's what yours is tho.

If you look behind the seats (it is drivers side on ours) there should be a plate with a load of numbers on it which looks like this:

It can tell you what the original colour was, when it was made, what options it came with etc etc etc

Good to hear you have plans for the bus. Your bug has had loads done to it too and deserves some recognition. You definitely get a prize in my book for your roof :)
