charging for work not done >:(

ie. when my coil pac went tits up they said oh well replace it free ..... :) great but also ya dv is canned too so well have to charge you for that .. :-?ok but today was engine cleaning day and what did i see my old dv. how did i know they anit changed it cos the things marked with that stuff that makes the black shine and the clips are rusty .........im going in monday to kick off


do you think i should call trading standards ..........cos....they....have charged me for sumat they havent fitted

i think its cos they needed to make money for fitting the coil pac ......

The next episode of the real hustle, Jess poses as a VW dealer, customer comes in for warranty work dealer claims three coilpacks and fitting back on waranty and only fits one, charges customer for parts not fitted and gets paid four times for doing one job. This scam has been rife in many main dealers for years. When I was at an unnamed garage 15 years ago as a techie a service manager got the boot as someone had to take the wrap when the manufacturer caught them out. Heard of it happening several times...

They usually, ok occasionally test them all, or just change the one to get rid of the misfire, if I knew the winning lotto numbers do you think I'd be on my pc at this time of night?!

they gave me loads of **** today over the dump valve reconed this little fuse thing at the side was the recu valve and thats wat they changed ,,,,,,


no main dealers for me from now ......there too expensive ill do most the work myself and just let a good grage stamp my book .....i mean its an 02 so carnt be arsed with them from now
