Well, our financial circumstances could be possibly changing soon, the fella and I have decided we'd like a quick car before little people start to come along....
test drove a z4 and fell in love (and I mean in love!), testing a merc slk (probs too pricey) next week, but would love to try a 1.8T cab but we were basically laughed out of the stealers this morning! My hubby really needs to sit in one to make sure he can fit in...
So after my pointless ramble ive got 2 questions...
what is a 1.8T cab like (ride, spec etc)

what do you think our beetle could be worth at face value?

02 plate (july 2002)
43,000 miles
serviced and mot'd january 2007
got golf mkv 18" alloy wheels on (with vw logo in centre)
also still have 16" original monte carlo alloys (with new tyres and a new spare)
6 cd changer in boot (wasnt originally supplied)
private plate on currently but will be taking that off

we dont want to trade it in, would rather sell privately

have a look on autotrader and see what year and mileage your car is making - gives you a good idea on what price to stick on yours.

dont them slow z4s need to be kept full of fule or when it gets down to half a tank it starts to coff an splutter ...they fit the fule tank the wrong way in them was on topgear last year *;D

slk have eletric roof faults check parkers ...nice cars tho

i couldent find a bug cab turbo for my buget i suspect there the same as the tintop with out the roof *;D ;D and a bit slower cos of weight
