j size and et size

need to know what the j size and et size of my v5 sport delta wheels are...

this will tell you on the inside of the wheels. should be stamped ET45 etc... and the size should look like 7.5jx17

ok thanks fo that i will ave a look when it stops tipping down.do u know of a good 18" size that wont rub on the inner arch

Most 18s are fine in my opinion as long as your looking between 35 and 40 as 42 and 45 may sit to far in when lowered with coilovers etc..
