Profile picture help!!!

It wont let me have a profile picture i go onto browse upload it. It then shows small up the top next to it saying 'current profile picture' then its left like that :S But nothing comes up after when i write posts etc. Doesnt say anywhere its too big or anything.:(

Oooh hold on a sec.. that is the picture that appears when you click to look at someone's profile... the picture to have on your posts is called your avatar... you need to click on "edit avatar" in your CP then upload the piccy you wanted onto there. If you click onto my name then view profile, you will see my profile piccy on the right, my avatar on the left and my sig pic below.
