You have to eat to lose weight - or your body will go into starvation-mode and start to store fat. Also make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water per day especially when you are doing such extreme exercise.

You only have to eat enough to survive when "stripping" ;) I'm eating 7 times a day but small ammounts, never get hungry :) and it makes the metabolism work faster. Did all this 2 years ago :) Should never of gone to Uni and eaten so many kebabs and mcdonalds and drank so much cider
Drink about 5-7 litres of water everyday :cuddle:  :ghug:  :cuddle:

this gym malarkey is no good you know!! a balanced life is more healthy, sure you will get slimmer and probably more muscle definition etc but sending so much time considering working out & what you are eating isnt healthy. feelings of guilt and continuous self restraint arent good...... especially if you top it all off with 20 fags!! :D i imagine stopping smoking would do more good healthwise than any of the excercise above.
seriously tho mate, i am starting to feel the need to excercise more, i struggle at football and even moving house the other week left me with aching limbs. a few years ago it wouldnt have bothered me one bit.

It's all down to motivation ;)
Getting up 2 hours earlier used to make me more tired all day, now it gives me more stamina and less of a short life wasted in bed :D
