i can work that bit out my self but what is there to look out for on this model.
whats the V5 sport like compared to say the 2.0L as i cant find much stuff on them.

Welcome to Evvo :)

The V5 is significantly better than the 2.0. Much, much faster, sounds great and people who have owned both have said it's the more economical of the 2.

Black or silver?

its a black one. i dont mind though as they both look nice, at least the silver one wont look dirty as fast lol.

what options do you get as standard with the sport? i know its got the full winter pack, whatever that is.

cheers

Hi Rexer :D

Great to see you made it ;)

Not sure on the standard options but sure someone will let you know soon enough :)

P.S. Black is so the better choice

Make sure it is a V5 'Sport' not a V5 as many people advertise standard V5's as 'Sport' and they aren't.

The V5 Sport Edition is only available in Silver or Black and has heated sports seats with 2 tone leather (black and grey) being a '52 plate it'll have the older style V5 wheels. Also being a V5 Sport Edition it'll have the V5 SE front and rear bumpers with front and rear side markers and Ventilated front and rear discs. It should also have the V5 SE car mats (altho these may have been replaced) they are black with grey edging :)

This was my old V5 SE - if it looks like this its a V5 Sport, if it doesn't its a standard V5. :)

The only thing to really check on them is the steering isn't clunky as it can indicate a worn steering rack as with the heavier engines bugs have been known to eat their racks.

I hope that helps!

The V5 engine sounds awesome, you'll just wanna keep your foot planted to hear it all the time!

Hi and welcome to Evvo. We had a standard 2l newbie, but if we ever got another one again it would be a V5 sport or a 1.8t. 2l are sssssoooooooooo slow.

Yep all V5 Sports have them. They look really nice if you change them to clear ones all round or red at the back and clear at the front:

Mine's not a V5 Sport (altho he has a V5 Sport front bumper) but you get the idea with the lights. Mine has an American spec rear bumper with them in too. The V5 SE has a different rear bumper as above.

I 'think' the V5 Sport is limited for some reason :)

so still fast enough to get an instant ban then lol, so if it has a limiter then it can be removed with some tuning ;)

them side markers, might just have to get black ones on a black car then , maybe white ones on the front with them chrome bulbs. hmmmm. ideas ;)

Yeah tinted would be nice! You can have white light coming out of the front ones I think. Mine's red at the back, but the front ones aren't connected to anything.
