Hi all, due to lack of space we are selling our 1974 Jeans Beetle... details below.
Mot July 2008/Tax January 2008
Original stock 1200 engine
Re-furbished Jeans/GT alloys (including the spare)
Original Jeans/GT gearstick
Full denim interior (small repair to rear of front seat)
All round new window rubbers and outer door window scraper rubbers
New door seals
New panels to all inner wing areas (by previous owner)
New heater channels (by previous owner)
Cd player
2 new front tyres within last month
Recent work done includes - brakes, handbrake, ball joints, repair to beam, full service by vw specialist (new plugs, leads, dizzy cap, etc)
That's it really, no hidden issues, paint is not perfect (has been resprayed in the past) has a couple of blistering spots but by no means ratty.
Genuine reason for sale - was bought as a "stop gap" until our splitty was delivered. The beetle is a daily driver, well cared for, good runner, no problems, good example of a 1974 stock Volkswagen - and the heating works perfectly!!! lol
