Outdoor Stands – For Regional Clubs. (Max. 6 Vehicles)
All Outdoor Club Stands / Vehicles need to be in the Outside Display Area on Sunday 9th March, before 9.00am
Normal admission applies (Outdoor clubs only)

Yes - the first year it was on I organised the stand for CC and I'm sure we had someone drop out and another car go in their place. They don't check AFAIK.

have recieved email from dean as follows
Hi Ray
I cannot guarantee a place for you outside at this moment in time, as you
already have one club stand taken indoors, but if you can still send me a
list of the cars & pics, then I will get back to you over the next few
weeks.
On the subject of clubs, what we might try for 2008 for the clubs that have
alot of members or the clubs that could not get a club stand is open the
gates to the main car park earlier so that the clubs can park together and
closer to the building, before the general visitors arrive. Banners could
also be displayed in these areas if they wish. Further details on this will
be released nearer the show date.

Depends how many clubs are going I suppose.
I asked for 6 on the indoor stand and could only get 5 :(

Unfortunately we can't sort you a stand in the front club display car park
as we have been overwhelmed with bookings but we do have an alternative for
clubs that have just missed out.
The main car park gates will be open earlier this year from around 8.00am.
This means that other clubs can gain access to the main car park earlier
than normal visitors and park together. This car park is also located next
to the building.
so whos up for a stand in the carpark names please
