Hi everyone,
I'm selling my 2003 /53 TDi Beetle and wondered if any of you have any advice regarding what you think would be a reasonable sale price.
I paid a few pounds to get a mileage adjusted valuation from Parkers, but tbh the figures seem a bit high! The part-ex price it quotes is over £1000 more than my dealer offered!
I'm not in a desperate rush to sell, but then again I don't want it sitting around for months! So, what do you think I should ask...
2003/53
49k
Speed Blue metallic
Full VW SH
New MOT
2 new front tyres
6 CD changer
Alloys
It's a very clean car, inside and out, and has been well looked after.
Thanks,
Ally

I bought mine in april from a backstreet garrage, silver tdi, 2003 52 plate 79+K, 1 company owner, fvwsh,6 cd changer, no alloys, dings on sills, stone chips here and there, 2 on the windscreen. Overall pretty presentable.
They were asking £6'995. I saw another one about the same time same price.
Yours is a face-lifted model with indicators in the wing mirrors, so is worth a bit more for starters.
I'd guess at least £8k too.
Please let us know, there is nothing like a good dead-pool:laughing:

Don't take offers, if you have all the paperwork (service history etc) you will have your hands bitten off. If I was buying, I'd snap it up!
Very nice looking bug :)

Thanks! Yep, 'Daisy' has been a complete star and I've never had any problems with her! I've got all the paperwork etc, so hopefully she should go to a new home fairly quickly! I might start a new thread in case anyone on here is interested!
