South (A3(M) Convoy to Reading

anyone from South ie. Portsmouth, Petersfield or surround areas that will convoy up to Reading with me.... :) please?

Please put names here and i reckon each different area should have their own thread rather than read all of them as it's hard to find which ones are local to you, and that way we can stay localised and meet and all join up together..

I don't even know the way so i'm hoping someone will lead rather than me, or if i'm going up on my own, I probably won't go :(

A3(M) to Selbourne, left on the B3006 to Alton...

A339 to Basingstoke

then across the M3 onto A33 to Reading...

then where i don't know Reading so don't know where TGI friday's is... i have no GPS either...

Hey don't confuse the issue, meet where Delenn suggested at the shopping area after chineham roundabout then tesco roundabout, then into the retail park where matalan and boots is about 12 ish she said.... then all can go together! yeahhhhh :) :)

I have no idea where that is and searching for tesco on their website brought up about 5 of them:( , searching for chineham roundabout brought up nothing and as wellington country park is on route for both of us, this seemed like a logical place to meet:)
Also Basingstoke is in the wrong direction for me but if you have a postcode then we could meet you in Basingstoke;)

1st roundabout is chineham business park on the a33, called the red man roundabout, (has statue of red man on it), take 3rd exit, leading to tesco roundabout...

take 3rd exit again (after the a33) one into the shopping area, you will see matalan and boots, wait here, Delenn is in cyber green bug and i'm in as my avatar... hope you be there....

Just want to say a great big thanks to Delenn, Black Sheep and Betty for our great little 4 bug convoy and for looking after my friend and I a lot of the day, having a good laugh along the day and the fun teasing over dinner, we must go for that bike ride too, and it was great to meet everybody else too and put names to faces :)

Thanks to charlie and ali and everybody else who organised it and especially for the food being cheaper too.....
