We need to be at the ground for about 9.45 at the latest. May I suggest the following meeting points.

Cannock Buggers

Meet at Longford Island Shell Garage 8.00 am

All Other Buggers

Meet at the Premiere Travel Inn/Services which are just past J19 of the M6 on the A14. All to be here and ready to go by 9.15 am

Convoy straight down to E38 @ Overstone Park and get the stand set up.

Erm guys apparently we need to be at the showground for like 8.30 - 8.45 am :eek:

Sooooo....really sorry but can we make it 8.15 at Watford Gap. If we dont arrive together then the club stands are difficult to organise apparently

Does that mean if I decide to turn up on Sunday, firstly is there a space, and secondly do I need to be there early, after 9 can you not get onto club stands?

there is space but after 9.00 - 9.30 at the latest they cant guarantee entry onto club stands cos the show opens bang on 10am and they cant have cars moving on the field with punters walking around - kind of equals carnage and disaster :laughing: Last year clubs were pulling members out of tents at 7am to get em on the stands - my advice get there for 9am mate
