I'm Penny and my Beetle Cabriolet is one year old! It's my pride and joy and the first time I've ever been able to afford a brand new car, and I love it to bits! It's got the works - heated leather seats, electric mirrors, 6 CD player, cruise control, rear sensors...... can't wait for the sun to come out and have the hood down!!

Here it is....

(By the way - registration number is my first initial and my birthday!)

Yes, it's salsa red - it took me ages to decide what colour to go for, but I'm so pleased that I went for the red - everyone can see me coming!!!!! You can't see from the picture, but I went for the cream hood. Anyone else have salsa red and cream hood? I seen quite a few salsa and black hoods!

I'm in Crawley in West Sussex, near Gatwick Airport.

Red is the best colour ;)

Don't think we have any Salsas with cream hoods - Jampot has a Salsa with a black hood tho. What engine has it got? Also, has he/she got a name?

Hey Penny! Its the Veterinary Nurse that told you about this site here! nice to see you joined!....you'll have to get the Blue bug from Harvest Vets to join too when you pop into there again! ....hope you find this site useful! :)

You should - have a few local meets :) some of the nicest people I know I've met at local meets :) and now we all know each other pretty well, and if anyone has a problem with their car, the others go round to help them out :)
