I've emailed the organisers to find out what show n shines they have and club stand situation. it maybe cheaper to get a stand if they don't charge admission as well. :)

Hi Peter,

Thank you for your enquiry which has been passed to me as the event coordinator.

We have 16 concours classes covering air and water cooled VW vehicles. The cost to enter the concourse for judging is £2-00 per vehicle, this is in addition to the normal entry charge as detailed on attached flyer.

I have also attached a camping form should you decide to stay over and enjoy the evening with our live band and bar service.

Camping seems a bit steep as well @ £12 pp :eek: , but £2 for show n shine on top of entry gets you a good parking spot ;)

There's an Esso garage and Renault used car place on the second exit before the A2 turn off, can meet there if you like. I think it's jnc 1b.

After DATP in the rain anything is possible. We done quite well in between the showers too.
I'am trying to decide go up to Stratford and get very very drunk :) or work nights (gonna have to if I can't get cover) and the drive down to Expo in the morning.
