Registered on the 12th June 1990, was bought by my father 2 years later when it had 10k on the clock. It passed it my ownership during the summer of 2001 when the car had 99K on the clock, but has hardly been used since (dry stored) The car now has 100K on the clock.

Very straight original car, never been in an accident, so all the panel work and paint is original. There is a small amount of corrosion around the rear wiper (see close-up in photos)

The wheels were fitted by the original supplying dealer, and have never been refurbed, their condition is amazing after 17 years!

Interior is outstanding, never been smoked in, only the drivers seat is showing a little bolster wear - but not holed. Original mats, flaps and factory fit radio included!

Everything works 100%, and it drives lovley.

I don't really want to sell the car, but I have my eye on a Beetle. However I won't give the car away so please PM or email me if interested. It is currently on SORN but will be sold
with a full MOT. Lots of history included

Sorry about the lack of a price, I didn't read the stickie to my shame.

However I've had a £2K offer via telephone, which I doubt will get beaten so the Golf will most likely be heading to a new home when the purchaser returns from Holiday next week.

I hope that my dad will forgive me...

It's my Goof, but it was my fathers pride and joy for a good few years.

Anyway, it'll be off to it's new owner on June 16th, and I'm going to all the way to Liverpool to look at the replacement car tonight.

I'm that excited - I feel sick!
